In a sea of internet reloading suppliers, Midsouth is a beacon, a bright star on the gloomy horizon. Every detail of my transactions between them have been exemplary. The obvious care that goes into packing my items is akin to that of a mother coddling her new born with hopes that harm shall never befall her ball of joy. If this review sounds over the top, it's only an attempt to mimic the level of perfection that is Midsouth Shooters Supply and the folks under that roof in Clarksville, TN USA. Thank you.

Not usually one to write reviews but I just got my ammo press in the mail like ten minutes ago. Not only was it $50-$100 cheaper on their website but I asked them to pack it so you couldn’t see what it was and they made sure to do it. Shipping was way quicker than I expected too. Thank you!

The shipping is very slow. Ordered magnum primers in stock on Sunday, tole me they would not ship out until over a week later. So there ship time even if they have it is over 1 week to ship then another week to receive. Won't order anything else from them.

Customer service at this online reseller basically is NON-EXISTENT ! If you order something that is "In Stock" ,expect to wait at least 4-7 days before they wake up the warehouse team to pack and ship your order. ! ! If they answer the phone, expect to get attitude when you inquire about your order. AVOID !! and use Midway, Brownells. Anybody other than these guys !!

I had purchased from MSS for many years now. They used to have great customer service and cared about their customers. I had been warned from reloading friends that they are not the same as they used to be, and today i found that to be true. Hell, they may cancel the order due to the bad review... will update if they do. They are now as of this moment the last resort, even behind bass pro shops and cabalas and will only get my business should the need be greater than my principles... which has yet to happen in 45 years.

We're blessed to live so close to Midsouth Shooters Supply. Make an order online and drive up I-24 and pick it up. The folks are friendly and VERY HELPFUL! We got our Grandson a Christmas rifle made by Howa. Walked in and they found the bases and rings (new rifle with no book reference from Howa). The fella eyeballed it, came out with 3 potential sets and the 2nd set was the winner. He cleaned the receiver Holes and screws and put the bases on for us. Great people with everything you could want for things that go bang from Muzzle loaders to .50 BMG.!
